Evaluation for Accountability and Learning

Overview

Dear colleagues,

Kindly find attached the invitation and the programme for the event entitled  ‘Evaluation for Accountability and Learning’  to be held in room Von 24 November 2015 at 3:00 PM.

The event was initially scheduled to be held on 29 October, but had to be cancelled due to an emergency. We apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused and we hope you will still be able to join us 24 November.

The event will offer an opportunity to learn more about evaluation  in the United Nations and how the evaluation can bring change by increasing the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of our work.  It  will include presentations from colleagues from the Joint Inspection Unit (JIU) and the Office for Internal Oversight Services (OIOS), to whom you will have an opportunity to address your questions.  See programme attached.

You are also invited to join the reception to be held  after the event at the restaurant on the 8th floor at 6:00 PM.

I understand some of you need an entry badge. Please feel free to contact me and I will make sure to inform security and arrange for a badge.
