Summary: Dr Puri will address impact evaluations of real-world development Programmes and use examples to discuss how impact evaluations are increasingly being used to shed light on important questions that can help to inform not just what works but also HOW programmes may work or not and be delivered. Specifically she will use examples from health, humanitarian assistance and environment to discuss some of these learnings that are overturning long-held beliefs.
