The ITC Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) is looking for a consultant to conduct a review of the knowledge management approach of the organization’s evaluation function. The Terms of Reference can be found here. Candidates should have wide experience in the area of knowledge management, ideally in the field of evaluation. Experience in conducting evaluations or reviews, in particular of organizational effectiveness and/or of development interventions, is desirable.
