United Nations Volunteers (UNV) is requesting proposals for a consultancy to develop a UNV Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Handbook.

The objective of this consultancy is to further implement Results Based Management (RBM) in UNV and to fully incorporate RBM into the next UNV Strategic Framework 2018-2021. The work of this consultancy will continue the work of the UNV RBM Assessment and UNV RBM Framework which were completed last year.

The two specific deliverables of the consultancy project are:

• Undertake an evaluability assessment of the UNV Strategic Framework 2018-2021
• Develop a UNV specific monitoring, reporting and evaluation handbook, including guidance, processes and tools
