The evaluation will aim to assess the extent to which the set objectives of the project have been realized and document the change created by the project on children with disabilities, spin offs on children without disabilities, teachers and parent including DPOs on the use of accessible learning materials. The evaluation will also provide recommendations to inform future undertakings and scale up. Moreover, one of the objectives the Government of Uganda - UNICEF Country Programme, is to address cultural and social attitudes that are not conducive to inclusive, quality and conflict-sensitive learning’. This evaluation therefore will also facilitate policy advocacy initiatives and policy formulation to make accessible educational materials available in learning centres thereby achieving improved learning outcomes and equitable and inclusive education.
