The objectives of the evaluation were threefold:
(1) Assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, equity-focus and sustainability of UNICEF Thailand’s advocacy work in relation to achieving its programmatic results;
(2) Highlight consistent patterns and good practices across advocacy work, identifying barriers or lessons learnt as well as determinants for success;
(3) Make recommendations to improve future advocacy work, while also generating findings on UNICEF Thailand’s ongoing advocacy work that could improve and accelerate the achievement of the results in the current Country Programme 2017-2021.
