The purpose of this evaluation is to understand, from the perspective of the communities, how the Back To School (BTS) campaign has contributed to keeping children at school. The evaluation intends to focus on programmatic results and short term outcomes, as perceived/described by the key actors. It also seeks to assess the extent to which the BTS campaigns are implemented efficiently (Costs against results analysis).
