evaluation is expected to (i) support the review of the scope of UNICEF Child Protection interventions considering the current context, including national legislation; (ii) assess the capacity of the office and stakeholders to contribute to the advances on the child protection agenda, specifically on Alternative Family Care, Justice for Children, Violence Against Children, Children with disabilities, Children negatively affected by Migration, mostly capacity building interventions, Child Protection in emergencies; (iii) help define major obstacles and further opportunities of internalisation of UNICEF Child Protection interventions into current system and further opportunities.
