Evaluation of the Education Personnel Management Strategy as a key component of the UNICEF response to the Syria crisis in the education sector in Turkey
Overview
Since the last evaluation on the UNICEF response to the Syria crisis in Turkey, the response in the education sector has evolved and expanded considerably. A new evaluation is now required to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance and sustainability of the programme and complementary strategies. The findings will be used to inform future programming as well as for accountability purposes with the donors and development community at large.
