The Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) program was establish in CAR since 2013. The programme is managed by UNICEF and its partners and aims at providing emergency assistance to vulnerable population affected by shocks, in coordination with Cluster partners and others actors on the ground. More specifically, The RRM is designed to monitor humanitarian action, conduct multisector assessments and to implement several emergency responses, as non-food items (NFI) and HEB1 distributions, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) interventions, cash activities and fairs, when there is no capacity on site. After 6 years of implementation, it become unescapable to evaluate the programme.
