This report constitutes an independent evaluation of OHCHR’s Guatemala and Honduras Country Programmes and the Subregional Programme in El Salvador, with a focus on the years 2017-2020. The Country Offices in Guatemala and Honduras have been established by an agreement with the respective governments and report directly to OHCHR Headquarters. The subregional program in El Salvador reports to the Regional Office for Central America and Dominican Republic.Report Details
