Evaluation of UNICEF support to the National Strategy on the Protection of Human Rights of Girls and Boys 2014-2016
Overview
The purposes of the evaluation include:
- To improve the results of the Project through recommendations and evidence;
- To generate knowledge on the child protection situation in Guatemala; and
- To provide accountability to UNICEF donors.
The objective of this evaluation is to systematically, rigorously and impartially evaluate the progress made to achieve the objectives and results of the Project “Support to the national strategy for the protection of the human rights of girls,” with the objective of extracting lessons learned and formulating viable recommendations for the improvement and continuity of the Project in a future phase.
This evaluation covers the criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability.
