Overview
The purpose of the evaluation is to ascertain value for money for the for the implementation of the adolescent youth development programme (AYDP) in the Eastern Cape. Furthermore, the evaluation should highlight how youth benefitted from the Isibindi AYDP as well as its long term sustainability.
