Overview
An external evaluation to provide the GRN, UNICEF and WASH Sector stakeholders with an independent and forward-looking appraisal of the operational experience, achievements, opportunities and challenges. The findings are aimed at strengthening accountability of UNICEF for its donor and key stakeholders including beneficiaries, and to learn from this experience to inform future WASH programming.
