Overview
Methodology is a mixed method - the quantitative part of methodology is based on a rigourous 3.5 year RCT designed at the beginning of the program, a baseline and a midterm already completed to assess first year. The midterm quantitative part focused on effectiveness and impact evaluations's criterias. In this third round, the quantitative analyzed will be refreshed and the qualitative part will complement by answering others related evaluation criterias.
