Independent Evaluation of the GCF's Results Management Framework
Overview
The GCF’s Results Management Framework (RMF) aimed to provide guidance to the Fund on ensuring that the Fund’s investments contribute to its long-term objective to make a significant and ambitious contribution to the global efforts towards attaining the goals set by the international community to combat climate change. This review of the GCF’s RMF had two main objectives. The first was to assess the design, implementation, and utility of the Results Management Framework (RMF) of the Green Climate Fund (GCF, or “the Fund”). The second was to support institutional learning by deriving lessons and recommendations based on the review’s findings to help inform the Results Management Framework as a tool for achieving the long-term objectives and impacts of the Fund.Report Details
