ITC Sustainability review of the project ‘Integration of horticulture supply/value chains into tourism, Tanzania’
Overview
This joint review has been conducted with the Enhanced Integrated Framework, which is located at the the World Trade Organization (WTO), which is, together with the United Nations, one of the parent organizations of the ITC. The project for the “Integration of horticulture supply/value chains into tourism” was part of a portfolio of interventions: the SECO-UN Trade Cluster Project in Tanzania, which lasted from Feb. 2013 to Dec. 2018, with a view to integrating horticulture supply/value chains into the tourism sector by enabling local smallholder farmers to gain market access to supply fresh fruit and vegetables to the country's tourism industry.
