The Least Developed Countries Fund/Special Climate Change Fund (LDCF/SCCF) Annual Evaluation Report 2020—prepared by the Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) of the Global Environment Facility (GEF)— analyzes outcome, sustainability, and monitoring and evaluation ratings. It also assesses innovative approaches, gender considerations, and lessons learned. This seventh Annual Evaluation Report covers 29 completed projects, having a combined value of $118.6 million in LDCF/SCCF funding, and $280.8 in materialized cofinancing.Report Details
