Mid-term review of the seventh National Development Plan (7NDP: 2017-2021)
Overview
The purpose of the evaluation is both learning and accountability. The findings and lessons learnt from this evaluation are intended to guide and inform all stakeholders – including UNICEF, implementing partners, Government and beneficiaries (including the most marginalized communities) – on what worked well, what were the shortcomings and what needs to be done to improve the design and implementation of the remaining period of the national development plan.
