Overview
UNICEF has been working in the strengthening of the non-privative measures for adolescents in conflict with the law for the last years. In 2017 an inter-institutional working group – lead by UNICEF – produced the Protocol, and it was launched in 2018. Its application has recently started, and it needs to be evaluated.
