Overview
Country Programme Evaluation.
In line with the 2018 UNICEF Evaluation Policy, the primary purpose of a UNICEF CPE is to inform the preparation of the next five-year phase of UNICEF's work and develop the country program document (CPD) 2022 – 2026. Considering the CO's wealth of evaluative research and the quality of the reports available, this Country Programme Evaluation (CPE) will be a formative evaluation around the CO strategy of engagement with various partners and leveraging results through such engagement. The assessment will look at CO strategic positioning in the country, the partnering strategy, and the leverage capacity from key actors' resources from the private and public sectors.
