In preparation for the evaluation of the project Restoration and monitoring of degraded lands in the Saloum Delta of the groundnut basin in Senegal, the UNESCO Dakar Office is looking for an independent, French-speaking evaluation consultant to carry out the evaluation. The evaluation will start at the beginning of July 2025.
Interested candidates are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the attached terms of reference.
The deadline is June 25, 2025.

Dans le cadre de la préparation de l’évaluation du projet Restoration and monitoring of degraded land in the Saloum Delta of groundnut basin in Senegal, le bureau de Dakar de l'UNESCO recherche un consultant en évaluation indépedant, francophone pour mener cette évaluation. L'évaluation commencera début juillet 2025.
On invite tout candidat intéressé à soumettre une proposition selon les termes de référence ci-jointes.
La date limite est fixée au 25 juin 2025.
