Technical water expert - Mid-term evaluation of phase IX of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Hydrological Programme (IHP)

UNESCO’s Evaluation Office is currently seeking expressions of interest from individuals to support the mid-term evaluation of the ninth phase of UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Hydrological Programme (IHP). The evaluation will be conducted by two members of the UNESCO Evaluation Office, with the support of a technical water expert. Previous evaluation experience is an asset.
The evaluation will be undertaken between July 2025 and March 2026. The technical expert is expected to contribute as of early September 2025 with a level of effort estimated at 30-35 working days.
The deadline for submission is 29 July 2025 (23:59 Paris time).
