The report is a summary of the results of the evaluability assessment of the Child Rights Monitoring (CRM) program conducted between March – April 2022 in order to prepare for and suggest the most appropriate design and techniques for the forthcoming evaluation. The overall purpose of the evaluability assessment is to inform the timing of the evaluation and improve the prospects of it producing useful results. Its subsequent objective was to determine, as systematically and objectively as possible, the present state of evaluability of the program, improve its evaluability from the design, monitoring and evaluation and data point of view and suggest the type of evaluation which will be appropriate for the UNICEF Belarus Country Office (CO). Moreover, the evaluability assessment aimed to engage external and internal stakeholders into active discussions of the program and future evaluation.
