Overview
The AGEI Uganda was part of a wider evaluation in Africa to assess the performance of the AGEI programme. The evaluation was conducted to establish the
- relevance of AGEI, especially in relation to overall policy processes including EFA, MDG, SWAP, UPE and to HIV/AIDS;
- effectiveness and suitability of AGEI;
- efficiency and effectiveness of implementation approaches, and
- fficiency and effectiveness of implementation activities
