To assess the impact, effectiveness and sustainability of the Girls’ Education
Project (GEP) interventions as well as the systems put in place at the FGN,
State, LGA, Community and school levels for supporting and sustaining girls’
education (GEP Evaluation ToR, 2008:). In order to make objective judgements on
project accomplishments as well as benefits, the evaluators were directed to
the five outputs listed in the Project Memorandum.
