Evaluation Report on the Casa Vida (Relatório de Avaliação da Casa Vida)
Overview
The objective is to evaluate the Casa Vida and its importance, trajectory and
evolution, within the context of the history of the epidemic in Brazil,
considering
• advances and reversals, taking as a parameter the children’s quality of life,
state of health and socialization;
• the capacity of the institution to return citizenship rights to those who
have been excluded from society, re-integrating its residents into the lives of
their families and of society;
• the following questions: what is it possible to accomplish in this place? Is
what is being done appropriate? Are people being helped and integrated? Would
the institution survive without its current leaders?
