In order to further the campaign activities in other provinces, a kind of
formative evaluation regarding the effectiveness of the materials was
necessary, so that necassary changes and developments could be made before the
second round of the campaign was started.
The aim of the evaluation study is to see the effectivenes/impact of te
campaign and materials used during the compaign so far, and in the light of the
suggestions and expectations, obtain data for development of the materials
