Evaluation of the Water Safety and sanitation program (Multi country evaluation KRC#8 )
Overview
This multi-country evaluation will review the implementation of initiatives to end open defecation (OD) as part of the Key Results for Children (KRC) in UNICEF’s West and Central Africa Region
This evaluation provides an opportunity to evaluate both ongoing initiatives for KRC#8, and the effectiveness of adapted program approaches to eliminate OD during the COVID pandemic, with the view of informing future investments for accelerated progress towards KRC#8. Elements related to evaluating the Covid19 response will cut across all countries participating in this evaluation as they are all affected by the pandemic.
