The final evaluation of the join program aims to: i. assess the extent the joint program has fully implemented its activities, the results obtained and delivered products, in particular for measuring development results, and ii. Generate substantive empirical knowledge about the thematic window Youth, Employment and Migration, identifying best practices and lessons learned that could be useful for other development interventions at national and international level.
The unit of analysis or object of study of this evaluation is the Joint Youth, Employment and Migration, understood as a set of components, outcomes, outputs, activities and inputs detailed in the joint program document and associated amendments made during the execution. Evaluation assesses in particular the results of the joint, not only nationally, but also locally, in relation to the priorities and objectives, and the UNDAF outcomes, in terms of development.
In addition to reviewing the results achieved, the assessment documented included the best practices and lessons learned for a future national-level expansion and international.
