Formative Evaluation of the Strategic Shift in Syria
Overview
With evolving context and SCO’s intent to strengthen its resilience programming, the purpose of the strategic-level evaluation to assess the readiness of the Syria Country Office to shift from a supply-driven humanitarian response to more resilience focused programming, inform strategy, partnerships and advocacy efforts and provide the building blocks for supporting the strategic shift to resilience. The learning will primarily benefit the UNICEF Country Office and its partners, as well as contribute to the UN system joint programming.
