INDEPENDENT FINAL EVALUATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS JOINT PROGRAMME – Toward a Somali Led Transition to National Social Protection Systems (2020-2021)
Overview
The main rationale of the evaluation is to promote accountability, organizational learning,
stocktaking of achievements, impacts, good practices and lessons learnt from implementation
towards SDGs. The findings will provide the Federal Government of Somalia, RCO, WFP, UNICEF,
ILO and other key stakeholders valuable lessons on what has worked and what has not worked in
the acceleration of SDG targets and why for consideration in the design and implementation of other
similar programmes in future.
