The Evaluation was carried out to assess the impact of the project in order to
ascertain its efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability by looking at 3
different levels, comprising individual, household and institutional
capacities, assess the establishment and operationalization of child
information database and reference libraries (Children Data Bank) in 14
sub-zones (sub-zobas) and one region (zoba), training of government officials,
locally and abroad, and teachers oriented in 14 sub-regions and to carry out an
updated national assessment of disadvantaged children focusing on orphans
displaced or deported and unaccompanied children.
