Municipal Programs on Children, Adolescents and Youth. PMIAJ COMVIDA in Honduras
Overview
Overall Goal
To assess the results of the implementation of the Municipalities Programs for Children, Adolescents and Youth, as well as its sustainability. To identify lessons learned, and to create evidence based information for decision making regarding the design and implementation of the new programming cycle.
Specific Objectives
● To evaluate the coordination and organization of activities between the projects of children participation and HIV/AIDS prevention.
● To assess the results reached and the impact of the Program at the national and local levels.
● To assess the pertinence of the program in relation to the national priorities, the fulfillment of the Agreement for Children signed and ratified by the assemblies of Honduran mayors, the municipalities law, and national and international tools in the framework of the CRC.
● To evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the PMIAJ COMVIDA.
● To know and document the good practices developed by PMIAJ COMVIDA
