Summative Evaluation of WCAR Birth Registration FSPI Programme
Overview
The purpose of this assignment is to undertake an evaluation of a multi-country birth registration project implemented in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Liberia and Senegal between March 2021 and March 2023.More specifically, this evaluation is expected to generate recommendations that will help the UNICEF Country offices in the three concerned countries as well as other in-country partners (see Table 1 below) to adapt the implementation of the WCAR BR FSPI to the emerging and country-specific needs in this area, with a particular view of implementation at scale (at national level), hence a systems focus.
