Overview

The project aimed to increase overall knowledge of planning| designing and implementing sustainable transport systems in developing cities in East Africa| and reduce GHG emissions from the transport sector globally. The evaluation sought to assess project performance (in terms of relevance| effectiveness and efficiency)| and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project| including their sustainability.
