Overview

Cette évaluation multi-pays du KRC aura deux objectifs : la responsabilisation et l’apprentissage.
Sur le front de la responsabilisation, cette évaluation fournira à la fois au donateur (responsabilité verticale) et aux bénéficiaires attendus (responsabilité horizontale) des preuves solides sur la mesure dans laquelle la stratégie KRC #1 dans chacun des pays concernés a atteint ses objectifs envisagés.
En ce qui concerne l’apprentissage, cette évaluation devrait non seulement éclairer les stratégies de mise en œuvre liées au KRC 1 et la théorie du changement dans les années à venir, mais elle mettra également en lumière certaines mesures correctives potentielles qui pourraient vouloir être explorées plus avant à l’avenir pour accélérer les progrès vers l’ODD 3 et des jalons spécifiques de la vaccination dans la région de l’Afrique de l’Ouest et du Centre.
