Evaluación del Programa de País 2019-2023
Overview
The purpose of the evaluation is dual, both for learning and accountability. The core purpose is to draw lessons learned on the 2019-2023 CPD, including the 2020 emergency response to Eta and Iota. The evaluation will generate evidence to inform the new 2023-2027 CPD.
The evaluation will assess the relevance, coherence (internal and external), efficiency, effectiveness, coherence and sustainability of the regular CPD outcomes (list as per CPD document) as well as UNICEF's capacity to respond to sudden onset emergencies.
